To ensure that you see the most up-to-date pages on our website, it's important that you clear your browser's cache regularly.
Your browser stores a version of visited web pages on your computer's hard drive and, depending on your browser settings, you could be viewing pages stored on your hard drive and not on our server.
This can be a problem as you will be seeing outdated information.
What to do
- If you suspect you are viewing a cached page, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and simultaneously click your browser's Refresh button.
- To ensure your browser always picks up pages from our server, follow the instructions below.

- Click on the "Tools" option in your browser's menu bar, and select "Internet Options".
- In the pop-up window that appears, make sure the "General" tab is selected and then click on "Settings".
- In the window that appears, make sure the "Every visit to the page" radio button is selected.
- Click, "OK" then "OK" again.

- Click on the "Edit" option in your browser's menu bar, and select "Preferences".
- In the pop-up window that appears, click on the "+" sign next to the "Advanced" option, then select "Cache" from the list that appears
- Make sure the "Every time" radio button is selected.
- Click "OK".

- You should clear you browser cache regularly. To do this follow the instructions below.

- Click on the "Tools" option in your browser's menu bar, and select "Internet Options".
- In the pop-up window, make sure the "General" tab is selected and then click on "Delete files".
- In the window that appears tick the "Delete all offline content" box and click "OK".
- Once the hourglass disappears, click "OK" again.

- Click on the "Edit" option in your browser's menu bar, and select "Preferences".
- In the pop-up window that appears, click on the "+" sign next to the "Advanced " option, then select "Cache" from the list.
- Click on "Clear memory cache" then click "OK".
(Netscape 6 users will not be presented with an "OK" button.)
- Click on "Clear disk cache" then click "OK".

- Click "OK "again.
