The Optimum account is a flexible, interest bearing demand account with the optional benefit of a debit card and/or personalised cheque book. This account is designed for those clients who require a transaction based facility.

Minimum initial deposit
- Pounds Sterling £3,000
- United States Dollars US$5,000

Interest
Interest is calculated on the daily cleared balance and added gross on a quarterly basis. If you reside in the European Union, the European Union Savings Directive will affect the way interest is paid on your account.
Visa Debit Card
To enable you to have the widest possible means of access to your funds held offshore, we provide a Visa debit card for use with the Optimum account in either Pounds sterling, United States dollars or Euro. You can use the debit card in all ATM's and merchant outlets world-wide which display the Visa and Delta badges. Opening an account could not be easier. Please complete an Application form and return it to us.
